Whew! Yarn Swift Instructions Complete!

After a lot of hard work, I just finished updating my homemade yarn swift plans, complete with photos and detailed instructions for each step. Here's the link to the swift pattern/plan. Because I've been staring at this for a while, I may have missed some typos/errors. If you see any, please let me know! For those of you who've been waiting for this, especially those of you who emailed me for the insturctions, thanks for being patient! Enjoy!

Thank you so much for the instructions! I think this will be a great project for my 12 year old son to make - he loves building things and had offered to make me a robotic one - but this seems a much better, safer and cheaper way to go! I can hardly wait! I'll let you know how it turns out!

I'm so glad you posted these instructions. My dad has been saying he would make me one for a while and this eliminates any arguments he has on how to.

Thank you! THank you! Thank you! I've been wanting a swift, but hated the idea of spending so much money on one! These instructions are great! My DH is out in teh shop right now building me one and I can't wait to see it! The best part? WHen he went to pick up the materials needed and the sales clerk told him it would be $5.50 and he told the clerk that he couldn't beat that price because of the price listed online was $75. The clerk said it was a great deal... THen asked what he was making! Hee hee! Have to print a pic so that DH can take it in and show and tell about it!
